There is one plan. It is £69 per location per month in the UK ($99, €79 or A$149 elsewhere), or £703.80 per location per year, which is 15% off. Every feature is on it: HACCP plans and SFBB packs drafted for you, the allergen matrix and Natasha's Law labels, temperature, cleaning, cooking and delivery records, staff training records, COSHH and risk assessments, licence, insurance and lease tracking with renewal alerts, equipment and maintenance, the rota, the staff app, Paddy the assistant and the EHO audit pack. The AI is not priced separately.

A location includes five staff users and 10GB of document storage. Past that, users are £2.99 a month each and storage is £10 a month per extra 10GB. Those are the only two add-ons.

The trial is 30 days with full access. A card is required to start, nothing is charged until day 31, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing. After that, billing is monthly by card and you can cancel from the billing page at the end of any month; larger groups can ask to pay annually by invoice. Groups pay £69 per site at any size, so twelve sites cost twelve times one, and there is nothing to negotiate.

## Worked examples

One cafe with four staff: £69 a month. One restaurant with a team of eight: £69 plus three extra users at £2.99, £77.97 a month. A three-pub group with twelve staff a pub: 3 × £69 plus 3 × 7 × £2.99, £269.79 a month, or £2,647.30 a year on annual billing before the extra users. A ten-site group: £690 a month or £7,038 a year for the locations, with a group demo and a setup call included.

## How it compares

Paddl is not the cheapest food safety app. SFBB+ is £4.99, HACCP App £9.99, Blueroll £24.99 and Trail from about £38 a site on a 12-month term. It is cheaper than consultancy-led providers, where Alert65 has been quoted at about £2,250 a year for three sites, and than FoodDocs at $99 per site. The £69 buys the plans written for you and the business half of compliance (training, COSHH, licences, insurance) alongside the food safety half.
