"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Paddl.
"Services" refers to the hospitality consultancy services provided by Paddl, including but not limited to Project Sprint, Steady State, and Full Throttle packages.
3. Services
3.1 Service Description
Paddl provides hospitality strategy and consultancy services to UK-based restaurants, hotels, pubs, and other hospitality businesses. Our services include strategic advice, operational support, business coaching, and implementation assistance.
3.2 Service Delivery
Services are delivered through a combination of video calls, in-person meetings (where applicable), written communications, and documentation. The specific delivery method will be agreed upon at the start of each engagement.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their business, being available for scheduled sessions, and implementing agreed-upon actions in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Service fees are as stated on our website or as agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Terms
For subscription services (Steady State), payment is due monthly in advance. For project-based work (Project Sprint, Full Throttle), payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement.
4.3 Cancellation
Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. For project-based work, cancellation terms will be specified in the engagement agreement. Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law or to deliver our services effectively.
Similarly, you agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or tools shared by Paddl as confidential information.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and tools developed by Paddl remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Deliverables created specifically for your business will be owned by you upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide advice and guidance. Business decisions and their outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. Paddl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.
