Compliance and operations software for restaurant groups
Every site scored daily under its own local authority, one recipe and allergen library for every kitchen, brand standards assigned to every site, and the next site opened from the library rather than from paper. £69 per site with every feature.
The brand is consistent. The compliance is not.
What the operations director cannot see from head office
Twenty kitchens, twenty local authorities
Each site is inspected by its own council on its own cycle, with its own officer and their own emphasis. A group cannot manage that from a spreadsheet; it can only react to it.
The same dish, a different allergen list at each site
Recipes drift, suppliers substitute, and the label at site 7 disagrees with the matrix at site 2. Under Natasha's Law that is an offence at every site where it happens.
Opening site N means starting from paper again
The new kitchen needs its SFBB pack, its risk assessments, its training records and its licences before the first service, and the launch team has a fortnight.
Brand standards live in a PDF nobody opens
The operations manual says what every site should do. Nothing tells head office whether they did.
One library, every kitchen, one view
Set the standard once at head office. Every site completes its own records against it.
Every site scored, every day
Each restaurant gets a daily compliance score from its own checks, records, documents, equipment and training. The all-locations view lines up the estate for the operations director; open a site to see what is behind its number.
One recipe and allergen library for every kitchen
Dishes and their allergens are held once for the group, with site menus as variations. The allergen matrix is on every tablet and PPDS labels print from the recipe, so a supplier change updates every site.
Brand standards as templates, not a manual
Opening and closing routines, cleaning schedules, temperature checks, the HACCP plan and SFBB pack, risk assessments and training modules are assigned to every site in one action. Sites complete their own records; head office sees completion.
Open the next site from the library
Add the location, assign the template library, invite the team, upload the licence and insurance documents. The new site starts scoring the same day and the first inspection is a formality.
Managers scoped to their restaurants
An area manager given five sites sees those five on the desktop and in the mobile manager view. Owners see everything. Staff see their own site.
Training, licences and insurance per site
Certificates stored against the person and visible at every site they work at, with expiry alerts per site. Premises licences, insurance schedules and leases uploaded per site and read by the AI for their dates and conditions.
“Great for multi brand operators with different specs for each business and location. Remote visibility of compliance for head office.”
How groups go live
The rollout in the order it happens, usually inside two weeks.
- 1
Create the account with your site count
Every site gets its own location, settings and records from day one. Groups of three or more sites are offered a setup call on the success screen.
- 2
Invite managers and choose their sites
Owners see everything. Each manager sees only the sites they are given, on the desktop and in the mobile manager view.
- 3
Assign the library to the sites that need it
Routines, HACCP plans, SFBB packs, risk assessments, documents and training modules assigned to some sites or all of them in one action, then completed per site.
- 4
Every site starts scoring
A daily compliance score per site built from its own checks, records, documents, equipment and training, lined up in the all-locations view.
- 5
The Monday digest and the audit pack
The weekly digest lists what is overdue and expiring at each site. When an inspector, insurer or landlord asks, generate that site's evidence pack.

Common questions from restaurant groups
How does Paddl handle a restaurant group with sites under different local authorities?
Each site is its own location with its own records, timezone and settings, so when any council's officer visits, that site's evidence pack is complete and specific to it. Head office sees every site in the all-locations view regardless of who inspects it.
Can we run one allergen matrix across all our restaurants?
Yes. Recipes and allergens are held for the business and site menus are variations of it, so the matrix on every tablet and every PPDS label comes from one source. A supplier change is made once and every site follows.
How quickly can we add a new site?
Add the location, assign the template library, invite the team and upload its documents. The site starts scoring the same day. Most groups do it in an afternoon during the fit-out.
How is a restaurant group priced?
£69 per site per month with every feature, 5 users and 10GB per site, and 15% off annual billing. Twenty sites cost twenty times one site; there is no volume discount and no quote. Groups of three or more are offered a setup call at signup, and groups of ten or more usually start with a group demo.
Does Paddl cover a central production unit?
A CPU is set up as its own location with its own HACCP plan, routines and records, and the sites it supplies are separate locations. Paddl does not run production traceability or batch tracking; it holds the compliance records for the unit and the kitchens it feeds.
