Group Hygiene Rating Scorecard
Type your trading name, tick the sites that are yours, and see every site's food hygiene rating on one screen: the rating and its date, the inspector's three sub-scores, the weakest sites and the ones overdue for a visit. Straight from the FSA register, no sign-up.
- Every site's rating, sub-scores and rating date together
- Weakest sites and sites not inspected in two years called out
- Email the scorecard to yourself to share with the board or the area managers
Find your sites
Councils type names in by hand, so a brand can appear under several spellings. Search the way the sign reads, then tick what is yours.
Your scorecard
Tick your sites on the left. The scorecard builds as you go, up to 100 sites.
Know before the inspector does
- A daily compliance score for every site, side by side
- Templates assigned to many sites at once, completed per site
- Managers who see only the sites they run
The scorecard shows the last inspection at each site. Paddl shows today: a daily compliance score per site built from its temperature checks, cleaning, SFBB diary, training and documents, with an all-locations view for head office and an audit pack for any site on demand.

Why groups check every site's rating together
Each site in a group is inspected by its own local authority on its own cycle, so the ratings drift apart quietly. A group with nine 5s and one 3 has a 3 on the door somewhere, on Google, on the delivery apps and in the local paper, and head office often finds out from a customer. Seeing every site on one screen turns that into a list: which site, how long ago, and which of the three scores let it down.
The rating date matters as much as the number. A 5 from four years ago says nothing about the kitchen today, and a site that has not been inspected in two years is a visit waiting to happen. The sub-scores tell you what the inspector marked down: hygiene is what the kitchen does, structural is the building and equipment, and confidence in management is the paperwork and the system behind it. Management is the score a group can fix from head office, because it is the one the compliance system carries.
This tool is a snapshot from the FSA register and nothing more; it does not watch your ratings afterwards. Paddl does not pull FHRS ratings into the product either. What it does is give each site a daily compliance score from its own records, so the next inspection is a formality rather than a surprise, and let head office see every site without visiting.
