Your commission is a percentage of each invoice paid by every business you've referred. The rate starts at 10% and scales with the number of active referrals in your portfolio, up to 30%. When you cross a tier threshold, every active referral starts earning at the new rate, going forward.
Recurring. You earn a percentage on every invoice your referred business pays, for as long as they remain a paying Paddl customer. This is a real revenue share, not a one-time finder's fee.
Payouts begin from your referred business's second paid month. The first month is treated as a grace period to protect against early churn and chargebacks. From month two onwards, you earn on every paid invoice.
Automatically, via Stripe Connect. Connect your bank account once in the partner portal, and payouts arrive directly each time your referrals are invoiced. No manual approval, no invoicing, no chasing.
Your tier reflects your current count of active referrals. If a referred business cancels and your active count drops below a threshold, your tier adjusts accordingly. The same works in reverse: adding a referral can lift everyone.
There's no minimum. You earn from your very first referral. And there's no cap on lifetime or monthly earnings, so a high-volume partner with large hospitality groups can build a significant recurring revenue stream.
