1. What this covers
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, which does the same job by a different mechanism.
It applies to paddl-ai.co and to our other sites: help.paddl-ai.co, strategy.paddl-ai.co and manage.paddl-ai.co. Your choice is shared across all of them, so you only have to make it once.
We only set cookies that are strictly necessary until you tell us otherwise. Nothing for analytics or advertising is set before you agree, and choosing to refuse is one click, exactly like accepting.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Needed for the site to work: signing you in, remembering your currency, and recording this cookie choice. These cannot be turned off.

Third parties set their own cookies under their own policies. See Google and Calendly. We do not load the Calendly booking calendar until you ask us to.
3. Changing your mind
You can change your choices whenever you like, and refusing later is as easy as agreeing was. When you withdraw consent we stop setting the relevant cookies and clear the ones we set.
We will ask again if this policy changes materially, and in any case within six months.
4. What happens if you refuse
The site works. Signing in, seeing prices in your own currency and using the free tools are all unaffected, and support chat still works, it just will not remember your conversation after you reload the page.
What we lose is the ability to tell which pages are useful and which adverts are worth paying for. We would rather ask than assume.
5. Browser controls
Your browser can block or delete cookies independently of the choices above, in its privacy or site settings. Blocking everything may stop you from staying signed in.
