Took a while to get to know the system but ultimately easy to use once inducted.

What do you like best about Paddl?

I find Paddl simple to use, which has just made our life a lot easier. The initial setup was super easy; we dragged all our files in, and it seemed like Paddl just organised and created routines for us. I really like the notifications feature, which alerts us on a yearly basis when we need to update or if anything's expired. Everything being in one place simplifies managing compliance documents and risk assessments.

What do you dislike about Paddl?

Nothing.

What do you like best about Paddl?

Unrivalled functionality. The fact that we can store all the relevant information about our business in one AI-driven place is brilliant. Before, all of this used to be stored in my head or scattered across random Google Drive folders. Now we are prompted about everything through one centralised calendar, which makes it much easier to stay on top of things.

What do you dislike about Paddl?

It would be great to add some industry insights to the dashboard, maybe prompts for upcoming government policies. Some of us might miss key information like this and it would be good to get notified.
