How does the trial work?

How are staff counts calculated?
Each location includes 5 staff members. With 2 locations, you get 10 staff total that can be assigned anywhere across your locations.
Can I add more locations later?
Yes, you can add or remove locations at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Larger groups can ask to pay by invoice.
Is there a discount for groups with many locations?
No. The price is £69 per location at any size, with every feature included, so twelve sites cost twelve times one site. Annual billing saves 15%. There is nothing to negotiate and no quote to wait for.
How does onboarding work for a group?
Groups of three or more sites are offered a setup call when they sign up. Groups of ten or more usually start with a 30-minute group demo, then a setup call to build the template library and site list, with a named contact afterwards.
How are roles and site data handled in a group?
There are three roles: owner, manager and staff. Owners see every site. Managers see the sites they have been given. Staff see their own site. Records, documents, equipment, training and compliance scores belong to a site, and every action is logged with who did it and when.
